It made totally sense to me when Meta told me that a past life regression was more appropriate for me as the pattern I wanted to shift was something I was born with, so it seems. The regression was gentle and well conducted. I felt safe and even if it took me a while to 'reach my destination ', we did the necessary work of reprogramming what was needed .. I am feeling better for it. I do recommend her and I am glad I have encountered her on my healing journey!
